Natural healing remedies are great, but sometimes you may just want to let your body heal on its own. We get carried away with medicines and herbs and think ever little cut and scrape we need ounces of anti-bacterial cream or some other remedy. A lot of the time it may be better to simply let your body take care of its business. Our bodies have innate features and mechanisms to heal illness and physical wounds. There are some injuries and illnesses you absolutely need to see a doctor about, but some will just heal themselves if you let them. Let your body naturally heal itself instead of introducing tons of new chemicals into your body.
