If you are like me, you brush your teeth when you wake up and when you go to bed. This is what I have done my whole life and probably will continue to do. This might not be the best strategy though. Our teeth have the least amount of junk in them in the morning, when we mostly brush for aesthetic and breath neutralizing purposes, and we usually do not eat dinner right before bed. I am going to start brushing my teeth after I eat my first meal of the day, and immediately after I eat my last meal of the day. This way my teeth will have less food in them since I’ll be brushing right after I eat. Ideally, we would just brush our teeth all the time, but I don’t think anyone is going to spend an hour a day brushing their teeth.
