Herbal supplements are a common expense for many people who are looking for to stay healthier. Herbal supplements are usually not backed up by any substantial evidence though, and so it has to make you wonder if certain supplements really do what they are supposed to do. There are supplements that make your brain work better, give you more energy, and so on, but those may simply be sugar pills, and any benefits you get form them are simply psychological. We all want to think that taking a fish oil pill everyday will make us a genius over time, but I am not quite convinced it will.
