Background checks either don’t matter to you at all because you have nothing to hide, or you are extremely concerned when someone does a background check on you. Hopefully you don’t care, but if you do for whatever reason, you shouldn’t get too panicked. It is important to be upfront with potential employers or whoever would be checking your background anyway. It will only say good things about you if you are upfront about any mistakes you have made in the past. If you aren’t upfront and they find out you did something bad through a background check you aren’t going to get the job anyway, so just be upfront!
