Police arrested Lindsay Lohan May 26, 2007 for driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol after she crashed her 2005 Mercedes Convertible into a curb on Sunset Boulevard at 5.30 a.m. Lohan was taken to the hospital for minor chest pain. The two passengers in her car were not injured. According to the police, the car sustained major damage. This was Lohan’s second crash in less than two years. The first, pictured below, occurred after the driver of a Chevrolet Astro van made a U-turn in front of Lohan.


 

 

R&B singer Brandy was involved in a fatal car accident in December 2006 in L.A. She was not arrested and was not charged with a crime after she rear-ended a 2005 Toyota with her 2007 Land Rover. The Toyota was then collided at least two times with other cars. The driver, a 38-year-old mother of one, died the next day in the hospital.
