One of my favorite new health services is the quick workout now being offered at a lot of gyms. It is essentially a fifteen-minute “shock” that you can do to get your exercise for the day. The sessions are usually pretty cheap and you can do them before work or on your way home. It is a quick and affordable way to stay in great shape, and it doesn’t take up your entire day. Now, you have to come ready to work extremely hard for fifteen minutes straight, but you just have to remember that if you can gut it out for only fifteen minutes, then you are done for the rest of the day! I think it is a ton of fun, and have referred plenty of friends to the program as well.
