Another crane collapsed today, this time in Miami, just days after seven died in a New York crane collapse.

Cargill Meat Solutions, the same company whose Arkansas meat plant went up in flames Easter morning, just finished recalling almost 2 million pounds of ground beef because of E. coli.

Almost 200 people have been evacuated from homes and businesses within a half-mile radius of the meat plant that caught fire on Easter day. Most were still forced to stay away after concerns that the fire and heat might cause an anhydrous ammonia tank to catch fire as well.
