At least two people died in this collapse, and officials aren’t sure what caused it. The crane was being used at a construction site for a high-rise condominium, and when it fell it smashed through the construction site office, which was also the home used in the movie “There’s Something About Mary.”

 

Rescue workers are still searching through the rubble, but because the crane remains very unstable, search efforts are slow.

 

One construction worker died on the scene, and another died on the way to the hospital. There were also several injuries, but none critical.
