The 16-year-old girl who prompted police to enter a polygamist compound in northwest Texas still hasn’t been located. Police have surrounded and entered the compound that was built by Warren Jeffs earlier this weekend, and so far events have been tense, but without injury or incident.

More than 180 women and children have been taken by police and Child Protective Services after police received a report from a girl who said she had been forced to have sexual relations and bear a child with a man old enough to be her grandfather. Under Texas law, girls younger than 16 cannot marry.

Jeffs, the former leader of the compound,  is currently serving his sentence of five years to life for being an accomplice to the rape of a 14-year-old girl. He is also awaiting trial for four counts each of incest and sexual conduct involving a minor.

Police are also looking for Dale Barlow, the man who illegally wed and had sexual relations with the girl who filed the report. She was 15 at the time, and he was 49.
