HCG: Miracle Diet Drug or Silent Killer?

New Diet: Banana Craze

Japan has seen an enormous increase in the consumption of bananas lately, most likely due to the new banana craze diet. The diet, which originated from the book “Morning Banana Diet,” claims that the consumption of bananas and only room temperature water for breakfast will stimulate weight loss.
