Personal injury law is something a lot of people joke about. We say things like, “oh if you push me I’ll sue you!” Or we think it is a good idea to job in front of a car, because at least you will get compensated right? These are not correct statements and you have to have a legitimate case in order to receive compensation. The fake or self-inflicted injury has been tried before and people can see through it now. Don’t even think about cutting yourself and getting compensation. It simply won’t work anymore, which is a good thing in my opinion. Getting hurt on purpose and then taking someone else’s money is just ridiculous.
