While many hope people will spend stimulus checks in retail stores to help revitalize the economy, some state governments seem to be thwarting that effort.

Another man had his jaw broken when two teenagers mugged him and stole the copy of the game he was carrying. In 2006, a lawsuit blamed the game for three New Mexico murders committed by a 14-year-old boy.
