Black Friday is crazy. Stores open at midnight, offering outrageous deals, and people line up ready to rush in and grab whatever they can. This year Black Friday gave people another reason to call it Black Friday, as a Wal-Mart employee was trampled to death as shoppers were ready to “blitz” the store. The question now is who is liable and how can we prevent this in the future.
