How does No Win, No Fee work?

Most personal injury attorneys work for their clients on a contingency fee basis. In other words, this means that when you get paid, so do they. If your attorney is not able to obtain an award for you, they aren’t paid at all for their services. This also means that they do not select clients on the basis of their ability to pay, but instead on the basis of their case.
