About Us
While working at a young age as an insurance adjuster, Neal Kuvara felt that things were not quite fair for the injured people calling into the insurance company. He felt the insurance company was more interested in protecting their own profits instead of looking out for the interests of the injured parties. He decided to do something about these injustices and became an attorney. After passing the California bar, Mr. Kuvara opened Kuvara Law Firm in the early1970’s and has been living his dream ever since—he spends his time helping people who have been hurt through no fault of their own.

Kuvara Law Firm is a firm filled with reliable and experienced attorneys who are always ready to fight for your rights. We have an experience and caring staff that are here to help and assist our clients with their cases. We have also have an extensive bilingual staff to help bridge the gap for our non-English speaking clients.
 
Neal Kuvara, Esq. has 37 years of experience handling plaintiff’s accident cases. He has previously worked as a medic and as an insurance adjuster. He is a founding member of the Personal Injury Network, a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, and an experienced arbitrator. 
 
William J. Donnelly has 20 years of personal injury experience as well as trial, arbitration and mediation experience. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California.
 
John P. Strouss, III, Esq. graduated in the top 20% of his law school class.  He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Assocation, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Marin County Trial Lawyers Association. He has focused exclusively on protecting plaintiff’s rights since starting law practice, and he has done pro bono work for low income clients through legal aid. He is dedicated to obtaining justice for his clients.
